Westside Property Management Company was founded in 1979 by Steven Larson, a native Californian who grew up in the Santa Clara Valley. Westside Property Management Company has successfully served the needs of Bay Area investors and homeowners for more than 35 years, specializing in single family, townhouse, condominium and multiple-unit dwellings.

In addition to property management services, real estate purchases and sales are provided by Westside Real Estate Services. Westside Real Estate Services covers multiple areas in northern and central California including the both the greater Bay Area and Sacramento areas as well as Placer, El Dorado, San Mateo, Nevada and San Joaquin counties.

Our business model is to develop relationships with clients who own rental property with the goal to provide management and real estate services as those clients buy and sell (or exchange) properties.
